In this role you will provide reliable and timely analysis of the Group’s actual financial results, budget and forecasts to support Hitachi ABB Power Grids Group management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes.
You will play an instrumental part in the local Finance organization, as the senior FP&A representative in the local management team together with the Common Shared Services Finance organization.

Your responsibilities
Managing the Front Office personnel as well as the day to day activities of the team in India
Ensure adherence to group guidelines for country- and functional controlling
Budget and cost control
Subject matter expert in finance related topics for the corporate structure, including functions such as Real Estate, R&D and IS
Special projects, such as, but not limited to M&A, finance related applications
Maintain the network of the Controlling and Planning community together with the business units
Mentoring and active participation in talent development
Your background
You hold master’s degree in Finance (Business administration, accounting or similar)
At least 10 years of experience in finance in a large multinational company
Broad experience from business controlling as well as functional controlling/accounting
As person you are a dynamic and an energizing team player and you are used to collaborate in a truly multicultural organization
Process oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process harmonization/development
Positive and solution oriented mindset, focusing on the solution of the problem rather than the problem itself
Basic knowledge in SAP controlling/Finance, as well as other tools supporting analytical controlling
Proficient in English (verbally and in writing) with solid presentation skills
