YOU WILL
As our Controls Service Manager, you will be responsible for and manage our Controls Service team for Nordic. This is a newly established position and offers you the opportunity to build your team. Together, you will deliver control services to our costumer and make sure that the automated material handling equipment’s installed remains in operation with maximal uptime according to service level agreements. You will secure organizational readiness for new and existing technology and growing controls services through identification of new service opportunities for new and existing customers.

Furthermore, you will:

- Manage controls sub suppliers when part of services provided
- Support sales and account managers with controls technical solution, estimates and planning for projects
- Maintain customer lifecycle plans for the installed base including identifying modernizations opportunities
- Identify customer needs and deliver change orders
- Develop Controls Service offering in line with EMEA modernization strategy and service setup
- Provide test, integration and training activities for integrated projects in close cooperation with Controls Operations
- Plan and perform smaller projects

YOU ARE
We expect you to have several years’ experience within controls development, support, or logistics and hands on experience with support or installation of controls technology at customer sites. You have previous experience from Service/Project offering and people management experience. We also expect you to have excellent communication skills in English.

Your leadership skills will also be crucial as you will have line-management responsibility.
