About the role
For our Business Area Europe, in the IT team we are looking for a completely new exciting role as Conversational AI Developer. You will be part of a team that enable outstanding consumer experiences by designing Chatbot and Voicebot virtual assistant platforms. In this role you will be working at the cutting edge of Cloud Native technology and patterns as part of a friendly and inclusive team. Our engineers design and build things for a range of highly connected Consumer Market solutions in a modern distributed landscape. We strive to develop, build, deploy and run intelligently as well as embodying the core principles of the DevOps and agile manifestos. You will unlock the potential and build conversational AI use cases for the contact center, service operations and other consumer facing services.

These key development areas offer a huge opportunity to enable a digital interaction between consumers, customers, and suppliers.
Your main tasks:
As a Conversational AI Developer, you will:
• Join the Conversational AI team to deliver state-of-the-art products to our consumers across the world.
• Develop a voice and chat application in multiple languages using a CAI framework.
• Implement and deliver production-level code.
• Identify and rapidly prototype supporting technologies to showcase CAI elegance.
• Collaborate with our product team to build solutions that serve our consumers.
• Develop authorship tooling for building and maintaining dialogue management products at scale
• You will play an important role in solving how to scale our business.
Qualifications:
Must have:
• Experience with natural language processing and related concepts.
• Experience delivering production software.
• Experience with NLP tools: DialogFlow, IBM Watson or equivalent frameworks.
• B.S. in a quantitative or computational field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of industry/academic experience with Conversational AI systems.
• Team player mindset and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Good knowledge of programming logic and data structure (Experience in at least 1 programming language).
Nice to have:
• Experience with design and production implementation of chat and/or voice bots in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge and interest in emerging technologies
• Experience with agile software development processes
