Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator to handle planning, controlling and leading the daily work for a number of FK IT services / Applications to ensure the availability of IT services / applications. The work also includes planning future changes in IT services / applications both in terms of practical implementation but also in the form of review of project documentation. The assignment includes a reporting and escalation responsibility for affected IT services.
What you'll do:
● Facilitating cross-channel feedback across the organisation to management and executive teams.
● Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
● Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards along with Identifying and resolving any problems in the processes.
● Observing, reviewing, and analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.
● Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
● Delivering reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization.
● Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals.
Who you are:
● Training and valid certification in ITIL Foundation with at least two years of practical experience from working in development projects that are run on a large-scale agile basis.
● Experience in leadership role in a larger IT operations organization (more than 100 employees and several technical platforms).
● Prior experience with ITIL process Incident, Problem and Change and method support within the ITIL process Service Level Management and work with Service Design Package.
● Proven experience in project management model Pejl or equivalent along with requirements for operability (eg alarm setting, logging, monitoring, performance, etc.) in larger IT development projects.
