Business Coordination Office is a part of the Global Sales Operations organization and is among others responsible for sales processes, project pricing and sales administration. This team is now looking for a Coordinator to support our global sales organization and our customers around the world.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Coordinator in the Business Coordination Office you will - together with colleagues - be fulfilling the daily administration of our partner program and related activities. The focus may change over time, but initially you will be handling administration related to UPOS (Unified Point Of Sales). That is, administer files from distributors where they claim rebates according to our partner program and prepare material for credit notes. If time allows, you will also support in other administrative tasks managed in the department, e.g. price lists. The coordinator will have a lot of contact with colleagues inside the Axis organization, both in Sweden and abroad, as well as with customers.
Key responsibility areas are:

The role includes a lot of communication, both within and outside Axis, and you therefore need to have excellent communication skills. You also need to be service minded, yet be able to enforce guidelines.
