COORDINATOR - CONTENT OPERATIONS

Arbetsuppgifter
To our customer who is a global music company we are looking for a Coordinator - Content Operations. This is a role for you who are interested in music technology and copyright! In the role you will for example manage daily workload of content review, oversee case workload and prioritise based of urgency and severity and escalate and re-route tickets to the right owners. You will also make sure process documentation and workflows are up to date and highlight opportunities for improved process efficiency.

Kvalifikationer
- You are interested in music technology and copyright.
- You have a basic understanding of the Google suite or similar.
- You are good at meeting tight deadlines and can be focused on execution.
- Fluent in English in speech and writing.
