In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Become part of a highly skilled team that prepares the bank for potential stressed situations.
- Learn more about Swedbank’s critical processes, key risks and governance.
- Ensure well-functioning and efficient Recovery and Resolution Planning processes (design, establishing standards, governing framework etc.).
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders including senior management.
- Managing the relationship with and expectations from Resolution authorities.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in driving cross-area initiatives and managing authority expectations.
- Excellent cooperation skills.
- A good understanding of core banking processes.
- A proven analytical capacity.
- High integrity; ability to interact with senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Excellent English skills - both spoken and written.
- At least 5 years’ experience from Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, Treasury or Legal.
- Experience of Recovery and Resolution planning is meriting.
