Coordinator - International sales and student recruitment Responsible for Pakistan and the Middle East Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) is one of four schools at Jönköping University.JIBS serves regional and global needs by educating entrepreneurial leaders and business creators.JIBS shall be recognized as providing innovative leadership in research, education and service to society within entrepreneurship and business renewal. JIBS is looking for an recruitment coordinator, full time (100%), to work with Sales and Recruitment to market and sell our different programs and courses to tuition paying students.The work includes; to participate in further developing JIBS marketing strategy for tuition paying students, to engage in concrete sales efforts in Pakistan and Middle East, to actively search for cooperation with universities and other organisations of interest in Pakistan and Middle East, to assist in administrating the whole sales/recruitment process.QUALIFICATIONS The persons we are looking for will be responsible for the marketing of our programs and courses in the specific market, and we are looking for a person with the following traits, competences and ambitions: * Strong sales orientation and with experience from marketing of higher education/student recruitment, * Independent and with a very strong focus on reaching ambitious performance targets, * Social competence and with a proven ability to communicate with different stakeholders in sales/recruitment situations, * Proven studying or working experience in Sweden or Europe and a understanding of the Swedish higher educational system.* Proven experience in cross culture communication within academic environment and an understanding of, and ability to work with, people from different cultures * Deep understanding of the culture on the specific market.* Fluent in Urdu/Arabic and English Emphasis will be placed on the applicant's suitability for the position, capable of fitting into the working team.
