In our facilities in Solna / Sundbyberg we develop and manufacture diagnostics tests that improve patient outcome all over the world
The position:
The coordinator supports the managers of the production line in the daily work. You will work close to the shift supervisors to update documents, methods and routines for the production. As a coordinator you will work to continuously improve routines and the work environment in accordance with DBS by using DBS tools like 5S, PSP, DM etc. In the role as coordinator you will represent the manufacturing department in meetings and projects together with other departments within the company. The coordinator prepares as well as archives training documentation for the associates of the production line. Other task assignments includes for instance to support other departments during production of products in development phases, initiate, report, investigate and follow up on deviations (NC and CAPA). Daily challenges are escalated to Supervisor Manufacturing Support and Training.
The Coordinator is an administrative support function in the Manufacturing Support Team which works closely with many different functions across the company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, control and develop the SOP, work instructions and other related documents for our production lines, ROBAL, PAL, Manual kitting and Rework.
Support the manufacturing management team with administrative data compilations and preparations for workplace meetings.
Prepare and hold trainings on new documents, methods and routines, and archive all training documentation in our electronic learning management system.
Create, plan and coordinate reworks and Work Requests from R&D and Engineering.
Initiate/report, investigate and follow up on deviations, NCR and CAPA.
Update and follow up changes in production documentation according to manufacturing guidelines and Kaizen events.
Actively contribute to the DBS work at the department, drive small projects and initiate concept reviews.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
0-2 years of relevant working experience
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and able to work independently and also within a team.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written.
Proficient in English, spoken and written.
Quality oriented.
Experience in working in a GMP/GDP environment (preferred).
Previous experience from working with eLMS Compliance Wire, Agile, Pilgrim Smart Solve or other quality and support software systems is considered meritorious.
