The logistics function within Volvo Car Customer Service is responsible for accessories and spare parts availability for Volvo car's markets all over the world. The responsibility includes the entire material flow from supplier to customer. The business is built around a central warehouse in Gothenburg and China, as well as a number of supporting warehouses around the world. The purchase-planning group is a part of Material Supply department within Parts Supply & Logistics. Currently we are approximately 40 employees, organized in four groups.

The group Purchase planning, campaigns and packaging operations are responsible for availability for accessories and spare parts, coordinate sales and quality campaigns and manage our packaging operation. As Campaign Coordinator -Logistics you will coordinate and compile information on quality issues and sales activities. You will also ensure that Customer Service has requested quantities in stock before the activity starts as well as Manage and take decisions about how to work with quality issues and coordinate relevant groups within Customer Service.

Main responsibilities

* Coordinate and compile information on quality issues and sales activities
* Ensure that Customer Service has requested quantities in stock before the activity starts
* Manage and take decisions about how to work with quality issues and coordinate relevant groups within Customer Service
* Follow-up of the quality matters in the form of a log-book
* Develop working methods and procedures and coordinate training in these quality matters internally within Customer Service
* Represent Customer Service both internally and externally in its quality matters.

Required qualifications

* You need at least a B.Sc. grade within Logistics or a similar education.
* Knowledge of Customer Service activities
* English in speech and writing, additional languages are a plus
* Ability to plan and organise work
* Harvesting ability in their own work and project work
* Creativity and flexibility are valued
