Coordinator - Raw Material Purchasing (Temporary position)

Outokumpu in Avesta is looking for a colleague to join Raw Materials Procurement team to handle invoices, ensure that the purchasing process is followed according to rules and eventually take care of customs clearance and statistics for authorities. The demand is based on a temporary contract and is currently planned until the end of Q1 2022.
Individual accountabilities ​
· Approve final goods receptions of defined materials​;
· Check incoming invoices and ensure that purchases, price calculations and certificates are made according to certificate regulations​;
· Clear materials through the customs if needed;
· Generate needed compilation of statistics for authorities​;
· Take care of month end closing activities in the own area​;
· Generate monthly reports like month end closing inventories, scrap orders, coming month prices, daily metal prices, scrap ratio​;
· Payment checks​.


Shared accountabilities​
· Update daily metal prices from different sources to ensure right raw material prices in the system​;
· Replace other Raw Material coordinators​;
· Purchase order entering to help Purchasers.


Requirements
· > 2 years business experience​;
· Relevant commercial examination​;
· Forward looking attitude​;
· Accuracy, orderliness​ and great attention to details;
· Good IT skills (SAP, Microsoft office, especially Excel)​;
· Fluent in English and in Swedish.
