Coordinator – Service Delivery & Security Compliance

What is the job about?

You will refer to the Teamlead for Infrastructure, which is part of IT Operations.  The IT team for the 4 Nordic countries is currently being reorganized into one joint Nordic team and will consist of an IT Operations team and a Business Applications team. Hence you will be working with colleagues in Denmark, Norway, Sweden & Iceland. 

 Job tasks include administration of:

Service delivery management – tracking the performance of our outsourcing partners and challenge their deliveries in structured and systematic way. 
License/cost management – most of our future environment will be cloud based and hence consumption driven, so the task is to challenge the cloud consumption and optimize the costs
Security compliance – ensure that security KPIs are tracked and challenged (tools like MS Sentinel, AD, Azure etc)  
Review and maintain IT & security policies; handbooks etc
  Note: this job can be located either in Aarhus, Denmark (Tilst) or Stockholm, Sweden (Järfalla) and is posted in both countries.

 

Your experience

In addition to your functional experience, you have a relevant educational background and solid practical experience. Your background could be from an IT service provider; a large IT team or a controller with knowledge about IT. 

Your key traits include: structured approach; ability to complete the assignments and meet deadlines; motivated self-starter & a team player with a positive mindset. Linguistically, you must be fluent in either Danish or Swedish as well as English (verbally and written). If you have any comments, please reach out to Tony G.
