Coordinator - Test object & Material Management

DevPort are looking for a technical coordinator for Test Object Management for Vehicle Certification & Deployment, preferably with language knowledge in Mandarin, for a specific assignment at one of DevPorts automotive customers.

You will be working with certification of test objects in late program phase supporting activities in a global perspective together with your team. The main objective is to support the developing engineering units with an optimized certification plan and build plan before ordering of test objects. You will lead the coordination of certification activities and confirm legal fulfillment before deployment of the cars.

Position Overview:

• Coordinate planning & ordering of SW and HW updates.
• Planning of vehicles, preferably in Lab95.
• Support in Program administrative work, BOM, delivery status etc.
• Beneficial if you have experience from Legal requirement & Certification activities.
• You should be comfortable to take own initiative and decisions but also acts with an agile mindset and collaborative approach.
• We need you who like to lead tasks with a sense of urgency, are structured & analytical & that appreciate to work in cross functional teams.
• We need you to be a team player with high communication skills and a sense of humor.
• You have a positive attitude and high social skills combined with integrity and professionalism.
• You are prestige less & willing to work with a broad range of tasks - from leading issues to needed system updates on test object level.

We see that you have a university degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

The team are global which means that the minimum language requirements are excellent English verbal and in writing BUT skills in Mandarin is HIGHLY meritorious.
