Who are you?
To enjoy this role, you must have an interest in Document Handling. You should possess a strong customer orientation, demonstrating a genuine interest in coaching and advising our customers. It is important to be curios and have a proactive willingness to learn and grow. We want to to develop our customers, rather than just managing them 🚀
You must have competence in:

- Lasernet
What will you do?
The core objective of this position is to enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing their system usage. You will play a vital role in resolving document management issues, significantly impacting the customers day to day life. Internally, as a key member of the Lasernet Team at Columbus, you will serve as a valuable sounding board for colleagues. You will contribute to the overall growth of the Lasernet group and how we work with Document Handling and how we develop our customers within this field. Led by dedicated colleagues, the small yet committed Lasernet team actively participates in ERFA groups for ongoing development. Despite its size, the team provides an opportunity to influence both internal processes and external interactions.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Continuing to develop/educate our customers in their Document Management
- Educating customers in their Lasernet solution

Engaging in conversations with the customer regarding releases
- Supporting in projects where Lasernet solutions are to be built
