Your new position:
Production processes at IRnova include test measurements and characterization of the products - large image arrays and integrated modules. The characterization process employs a great deal of interdisciplinary knowledge and skills, such as technical physics, automation and electronic equipment, applied programming and mechanical design. Your main responsibility will be owning the electronic part of the characterization process.
The position implies a great deal of practical work in the lab. You will work in close contact with other engineers from the Optronics team, the production team, R&D team, and technical support for sales and customer support.
Your background:
We think you have a BSc or a MSc, but other graduate degrees could be considered, or equivalent work experience.
To be a suitable candidate for this position, we believe you possess the following competencies:
- Experience and proven practical skills in design, testing, programming and troubleshooting of analogue and digital electronics are required.
- Experience and proven practical skills in automation and measuring techniques are required.
- Good practical skills in applied programming (e.g., MATLAB, Java, C++, Python) are required.
- Practical skills in CAD of PCB are a merit.
- Proven skills in programming of FPGA are a merit
- General knowledge about the manufacturing process of printed circuit boards is a merit.
- High level in both technical and communication English (written and spoken)
