ECARX is transforming vehicles into seamlessly integrated information, communications and transportation devices. ECARX's current core products include vehicle chip-sets, 5G-powered intelligent cockpits and intelligent driving sensors. Beyond this ECARX is developing a full-stack automotive computing platform. Our rapidly growing team is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer. In this role you will work in a truly agile environment and play an active part in planning, breakdown of work packages, implementation, and testing in one of our development teams. Our teams have complete ownership of developing and maintaining our software. That means full responsibility for shaping our world class product and our future.

Responsibilities:
As a member in one of our development teams, you will:
- Develop/setup/maintain software components
- Take an active part of refinement to breakdown Stories to tasks
- Be a part of a highly skilled team
- Build and maintain physical test environments, typically HW rig
Qualifications:
- Able to write maintainable, efficient, and testable code
- Ability to use and improve your modern C/C++ skills to develop our products and APIs
- Familiar with modern agile practices, process, and development tools
- Interested in working with Android development using Java or Kotlin
- Solid experience with: C/C++, Java/Kotlin, Python, Android, Jira, CI/CD, Git, Confluence, Agile practices, Linux, QNX, AOSP, embedded and test automation
- A creative mindset and an interest in finding solutions to new challenges
- Motivated to help shape a Software Factory product and a high-performance development process from start to finish.
- Collaborative working style with strong influencing skills
