About the role

As a Scrum Master at Clas Ohlson, you will be working in an agile team and support the deliveries within one of our Value streams. The Scrum Master will facilitate the team events and processes and coach team members to successfully deliver valuable software with as much business value as possible.

In this role we also see the possibilities to do more than only the Scrum Master parts, since we are a department in transition into new ways of working the possibilities are several and can be decided depending on your personal skills. Possible areas to extend the role with are requirement analysis or testing so previous experiences from any of these areas is a plus.

The Scrum Master will communicate with stakeholders, resolve and/or escalate impediments, help manage risk and drive relentless continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will also be a key player in driving forward our Lean-Agile transformation.

About You

You are a highly motivated individual with good social skills and with a genuine interest in facilitating and coach teams, people, and software deliveries. As a servant leader you share power, put the needs of the team’s first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible as a person.

You have proven experience as a Scrum Master with an agile mindset and experience of facilitating, remove impediments, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Experience from work within the SAFe framework is a plus and background within software development activities is an advantage. A university or college degree in a relevant field is desirable. You have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
