We're searching for senior-level Copywriter to join the all-new department – The Content Factory. If you're the right person for the job, you'll become part of the Creative Studio, a diverse team of around 35 passionate doers, idea makers and creative thinkers from around the globe. A team that has the creative muscles and the internal backing to build new, wild, unexpected and beautiful solutions. Always with the intention to be relevant and to find answers to everyday problems in people’s lives, for society and the planet.


WHO YOU ARE
You’re a wordsmith that can master the IKEA brand voice and adapt it to a variety of topics and channels. You’re comfortable working in creative teams and processes, turning strategies and briefs into innovative communication concepts. You’re also a skilled presenter who knows how to introduce your team’s ideas to internal stakeholders.
As an experienced creative, you can juggle multiple projects, manage your own workload, and meet your deadlines. But you’re also willing to lend a hand to other team members and copywriters when needed. It’s an extra plus if you know a thing or two about writing Google-friendly when that’s needed.
This job is about turning complex topics into brilliant copy and concepts. So, if you’re a creative Copywriter who knows how to handle a wide range of projects and people we should definitely talk. And hopefully you could become part of this bunch of people-centred creatives, who like to make great stuff but leave our egos at the door.
What you need:
• Native (or near native) English language skills.
• Substantial (5+ years) copywriting experience, in-house or at an agency.
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write clear and clever copy for a variety of subjects and channels.
• Digital marketing and advertising experience. Content strategy is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of today’s platforms and the multi-channel landscape.


A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As a Copywriter in The Content Factory, you’ll join a team of hands-on doers with a critical mind that want to create innovative and impactful communication. Your projects will range from external and internal campaign packages, to conceptualising events and content for social media, but also supporting other teams and spokespeople. We’re a friendly group of people that always do our best to help each other out, but you’re the one who’ll focus on creating strong and compelling copy and ensuring consistent brand messaging, including tone of voice, across various communication channels.
This role is a permanent position and will be located in Malmö, Sweden.
