Are you a talented copywriter with a knack for product communication? Do you have the creativity and strategic thinking to engage diverse audiences through compelling messaging? If so, we want to hear from you! You will be part of a Customer Experience team working close to designers but also other stakeholders like sales, communication and product owners.

You, as a communication specialist have important role to play in making our digital products understandable. Biggest part of your role is to support internal stakeholder like UX designer, product owners, CX and other important stakeholders like communications teams in countries.

Our head office is in Solna, Stockholm. We believe in flexible working arrangements and combine working from home as well as at the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various digital channels, including Postnord business portal, app, but also social media, email campaigns and product descriptions.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand key product features, benefits, and differentiators, translating that information into compelling messaging for target audiences.
- Create content that aligns with our brand voice and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with the other internal stakeholder like sales, communication teams in each market and go to market team for Nordics to craft communication strategies that highlight product launches, promotions, and events.
- Analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform content development and positioning. 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field or work experience. Least 4 years’ work experience.
- Fluent Swedish and English Proven experience in copywriting and product communication, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO best practices. Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas for messaging and content.
- Proficient in using content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in CMS-systems regarding publishing online
