About the assignment
This is a consultant assignment trough KiMM/Wise Professionals. The assignment will initially go on for six months with a possibility to prolong the contract. The assignment starts as soon as possible or withing a month a most. The position is located Malmö, however we are open to applicants from other geographical areas since you will be able to work remote/hybrid or from the Stockholm office occasionally. Though you required to be present at the Malmö office on occasion.
About the role
The Group Brand and Marketing Communications team is a key player in ensuring the brand consistency, tonality, and positioning of the Heimstaden brand across Europe. As part of this constantly evolving team, we’re now looking for a skilled copywriter to tie everything together. We’re a generous team who help each other, learn from each other, and respect each other. About the work and our people, we care more. You will be based in our beautiful headquarters in Malmö and report to our Chief Brand and Marketing Communications Officer.
The Copywriter is a proven creative. You are expected to consistently and independently come up with a volume of great ideas that are on brief and possess the self-editing skills to start shaping amazing content. As Copywriter you also have a solid amount of project management experience and you will be part of the development team for our digital customer portal MyHome and employee service portal MyWork. This person will also be writing and editing copy for video scripts, websites, landing pages, direct mail, email, infographics, marketing material, and more! The Copywriter will have the exciting opportunity to bring our brands’ voices to life and play a key role in telling our story of our Friendly Homes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and own work, and formulate and develop ideas with minimal oversight or creative direction
Establish relationships internally with our digital team and our local markets and externally with a translation agency
Lead the governance and creation of written content and design for our digital customer portal MyHome and employee service portal MyWork.
Passion to creatively adapt the brand’s voice and tone to deliver on messaging goals throughout the funnel in external communications, including but not limited to websites, brochures, flyers and advertisements.
Thorough understanding of how to effectively communicate with various audiences throughout the funnel to maintain and improve customer experience by:
◦ Writing internal communications
◦ Writing customer-facing copy used by customer support team, including call scripts, email templates, etc.
◦ Writing customer-facing enrollment system messaging
QUALIFICATIONS
Creative work portfolio must be submitted along with resume
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in British English, Journalism, Advertising or Marketing
5 years’ experience writing and editing copy in an agency or agency-like environment.
Apart from above, you also have strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business-critical needs and meet deadlines. You are a team player yet enjoys independent work. And finally, you are an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, with an ability to always handle situations with diplomacy and professional demeanor
