We are now searching for our next Copywriter; can that be you?
Job Description
As a Copywriter, you play a key role in the creative process of the projects you are assigned to. You come up with ideas for new marketing & PR activities in collaboration with Art Directors and other creative roles. You create and conceptualize copy for different communication channels in line with the project plan and you are accountable for securing the H&M Kids Tone of Voice.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creating ideas incl. copy in line with the project’s purpose
Conduct research based on purpose, product, and target group
Creating versatile copy and customer-focused messages adapted to omnichannel solutions
Using learnings from CRM & Loyalty and Media teams and adapting copy accordingly
Securing H&M Kids Tone of Voice
Securing the copy is approved from a legal (copyright) perspective (collab. w/ project team)
Co-operating with key roles in your team, as well as other teams and stakeholders
Playing an active role in collaborations with external agencies and/or Art Directors and giving feedback on ideas and concepts
Collaborating with and supporting other copywriters within your department
Keeping an eye on competitors, trends and development in the fashion and advertising industry
Monitoring copy from a Diversity, Inclusiveness & Transparency perspective (with support from specialist’s roles), to make sure it stays in line with H&M values, is customer centric and adapted to context

Qualifications

You are confident in prioritizing your work, used to managing creative projects forward. You have a customer centric approach and truly believe that diversity increases the quality of decision.
In order to be a successful Copywriter at H&M we also believe you have:
Have 5+ years of experience working as a copywriter with a degree in Copywriting, Creative Writing
Native English is meriting, otherwise proficiency in written English
Experience from advertising agency or inhouse agency
Proactive mindset to push, develop and enable H&M’s content to be in the forefront of a customer-centric approach
Are meticulous in your way of working and have an eye for details
Have a creative mindset and are willing to take initiatives
Are passionate about wording
Are a great team player
Additional Information
This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position based in at our head office in Stockholm.
