To succeed in this role, you have knowledge of:
· Deep knowledge of IKEA Range and life at home trends in general, and for the Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining and Home Appliances more specific
· Working in a Service Office connected to one or more of the HFBs in Core Area Kitchen
· Good knowledge Sales steering methods and tools to draw customers' attention to prioritized products to reach commercial goals in all sales channels.
· Up to date knowledge of trends that influence home furnishing, retail design and communication to gain insight to a more appealing product presentation for customers in our retail environment
· Knowledge of industry trends, outlooks and emerging technologies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
· Effective communication skills and fluent in English
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Core Area Sales Specialist you will drive business by collaborating with colleagues in Market Support, INGKA Retail Markets, IKEA of Sweden and Core Business Franchise in salesmanship, customer interactions and Retail Foundation to develop solutions and identify best examples that will enable excellent customer experience and sales performance in all channels.
Job specific key tasks and responsibilities:
• Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to creation and implementation of INGKA Growth
• Plan in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
• Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within Market Support and beyond to secure common
• priorities and deliverables and to maximize impact (for example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture.
• Work across Core Areas to deliver complete solutions (Furniture and HFA) based on customer needs and dreams.
• Document and share best practices within INGKA Retail Selling function.
• Coach on Retail Foundation improvement based on IKEA concept documentation, manuals, guidelines and identified best practices.
• In collaboration with IoS, HF&RD and Digital deliver new solutions to support the Growth Plan initiatives
• Develop learning content in collaboration with the Learning Designers
• Work in close collaboration with HFRD on developing new MTC solutions

Sales Steering and Activation team deliver sustainable, extraordinary growth by creating a new, unique, inspiring, and convenient meetings with the customers. We deliver a multichannel experience that adds value to the many people and inspires a home furnishing movement. We will provide our markets with economy of scale and exceptional quality in common solutions for all. We will organize for efficiency and effectiveness.
