We are looking for a Core Linux Developer to join us in our ambition to deliver top class connectivity products and solutions to a global market.
You will work in our Development department and be part of a great team who drives our development forward.

The position is primarily based in Icomera´s headquarters in Gothenburg.

The role includes among other things

• Improve and maintain our Debian based linux distribution (IMP).
• Develop client server applications.
• Test and implement support for new hardware.
• We are using unit tests and code review.


We are looking for you, who has a positive attitude and ability to learn quickly in the areas below.

• Linux (Debian)
• C/C++
• Script language preferably Python
• Networks (TCP/IP, iptables)

• Ability to undertake loosely defined goals, create order and drive actions to closure.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment is a key asset.
• Quick to learn and adapt.
• Fluent English and Swedish in speaking and writing.

• Knowledge in virtualisation
• Network monitoring
• Knowledge of radio technologies

We believe you have:

Education to a degree level, preferably in a computer science or applied physics related discipline.
