Arbetsbeskrivning

Would you like to work as a Manager in a growing company that is devoted to make real difference within drug development through ground-breaking imaging? A place that is fast moving, with exciting science, great people, and a fun and easy-going atmosphere? If this sounds interesting to you, read on!

At Antaros Medical, we are pioneering imaging methodologies in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) to design and deliver clinical studies for decision making and differentiation in drug development. We are specialised in cardiometabolic diseases (including NAFLD/NASH and chronic kidney disease) and oncology. We have established ourselves as a strategic development partner to the pharmaceutical industry, where we combine ground-breaking imaging with profound experience in drug development and a deep knowledge in disease mechanisms. Our projects cover clinical trials in all stages of drug development, and we work both with small biotechs as well as global big pharma companies. We have currently around 70 employees working at our offices in Mölndal and Uppsala.

Our Corelab handles image management and analysis in all our trials. For a typical study images are received into the Corelab from imaging sites across the world and evaluated for image quality before entering the image analysis pipeline. Analysts in the Corelab are integral parts of the study team and contribute throughout the trial, from working with imaging specialists on site setup, through methods development, quality control and analysis, and all the way to delivery to Sponsor.

In line with our growth and change journey, we can now offer an exciting opportunity as Manager for our Core Lab in Uppsala. You will be working as Manager for the Corelab team of Image Analysts, Lead Image Analysts and Analysis Team Leads where you will be responsible for the team and its processes. You will be a core member of the Operational Delivery Team and reporting to the COO of Antaros Medical. You will work closely with our two Analysis Team Leads, who will support you in leading the day-to-day operations.

As Manager, Corelab your main responsibilities will be:

- Leading the day to day operations ensuring resource and operational challenges and changes are addressed
- Provide leadership and direction to the Corelab Team including mentoring, coaching, development of the staff, recruitment, and introduction of new staff.
- Develop and optimize routines and processes for Corelab including SOPs and related documents and ensure that Corelab works in a uniform way with clinical trial projects and in accordance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, guidelines, policies, and practices
- Optimize, improve and monitor the Corelab workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the high standard expected by our customers
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies for Corelab that align with company goals

Who you are: We believe that you are a committed, organized and flexible leader who will thrive in our dynamic and rapidly developing environment. You have demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills as well as a team-oriented approach to engage with colleagues and clients.
