As Corporate Auditor and BMS Document Master you report to the Director Global Management Tools & Systems, and have responsibility for the Corporate part of the Business Management System (BMS), across the enterprise (globally and cross-functionally). BMS is the Management System supporting Volvo Cars' certificate in ISO 9001 and 14001, as well as the basis for our continuous improvement of operational quality. BMS is of vital importance for our consistent operations and quality standards in our expanding global enterprise.
You will be lead, and/or participate in BMS audits as part of your responsibility. You will be part of the Auditor network, and be assigned to audits in any part of the organisation.

Job profile:
. BMS Document Master for Corporate Documents
. Ensure that Corporate BMS instructions are correct and in line with standards before release
. Manage, inform and educate about BMS and BMSa throughout the enterprise
. Assure co-ordination of Corporate BMS documentation including Best Practice regarding business management throughout the enterprise
. Participate in the different BMS/BMSa-fora
. Answer for Corporate BMS at 3-rd party audits
. Corporate Auditor leading/participating in multiple audits every year


Your profile:
. Higher academic education
. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 and auditing within these standards
. Documented experience from Operational Quality and Management Systems
. Process Management and Record Management knowledge
. Strong business acumen
. Fluent in and English (spoken and written)
. Good leadership behavior and cooperation skills
. Result oriented and -driven, flexible and proactive personality
. Excellent communication skills

This is a temporary position during the period 2015-04-13 until 2015-12-31
