You will be an integral part of our Communications team and report directly to our Communication Director.
Primary responsibilities
Working closely with our biotech/medtech clients to build and maintain their company profiles by developing communication strategies and executing tactics targeted primarily towards retail and institutional investors.
Assisting client CEO/CFO in their communication with key stakeholders such as retail investors and institutional investors.
Supporting development of financial reports, crafting shareholder letters and writing press releases.
Preparing and executing activities connected to financing rounds, e.g. roadshows, media outreach, materials development – online and offline.
Updating and maintaining client websites to provide up-to-date information for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Work experience of 2 years related to corporate communication, finance, economics, journalism, etc.
Demonstrated agency/consulting experience
Bachelor and/or master’s degree from top universities in relevant fields (business, finance, communication or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish – both verbally and in writing – is a requirement
Previous experience of relevant tools like Cision, Wordpress, YouTube Studio and Mailchimp

We are currently following the public health official's recommendations to keep our team safe by primarily working from home for the time being. You will, however, be employed and based in Göteborg at our newly renovated office with approximately 50 other colleagues in the Monocl companies. We regularly arrange quarterly celebrations, afterworks and really try to find any excuse to throw another party. Flexibility is required if Nordic or national client engagements may require you to travel for meetings and workshops.
