The Investor Relations and Acceleration function supports Eqvion's global organization with strategic advice related to new investments and growth. Our job is to accelerate Eqvion's development by driving strategic communication with old and new investors and with a focus on innovative investments and partnerships.
We are looking for a new colleague with relevant experience from capital acquisitions and/or international investments with a focus on Scandinavia. You will be exposed to geopolitical and financial challenges that accompany global financial infrastructure, tasked with supporting DBM Eqvion / EMI Eqvion financing, construction and launch.
Work tasks can include but are not limited to: Lead initiatives related to capital raising, project presentation, communication analysis en investors. Collaborate with different parts of Eqvion to drive growth initiatives.
You should have
Degree from a university in a numerical subject (e.g. economics, accounting, science, technology or business)
3-6 years of relevant experience from a professional service company, financial advisor, investment company, investment bank or similar
Experience from investment/acquisition processes including financial due diligence and accounting considerations
Relevant and established contact network
Working ability and communication skills in speech and writing in English
Strong attention to detail and experience using structured approaches to problem solving
Significant drive, ambition and curiosity
High conceptual ability
