The Digital Corporate Communications department which is part of Group Corporate Communications, is looking for a Corporate Digital Manager focused on the web and growing the organization’s digital competence.
The main responsibility for this new position will be the common sections and functionalities on the Atlas Copco local websites including optimization of corporate presence, support, guiding and inspiring the local web coordinator community and help to grow the digital competence within the organization by bringing the Digicom Learning to the next level.
Job description
As a Corporate Digital Manager you will have two main focus areas – Websites and Digicom Learning.
In developing the local websites and optimizing local presence, you:
Contribute to exceed stakeholder expectations in usability and findability of our websites by driving different activities with focus on search and content optimization for all common sections of our local websites
Drive a data visualization and analytics project: implement and enhance the use of data in the local organizations
Are responsible for Google my business roll-out plan and future similar initiatives
Support and follow-up results of the implemented global corporate strategy for the local Atlas Copco websites by performing different activities towards the Holding Corporate Communications and local web coordinators:
Enable and inspire the local web coordinators to deliver the best UX to their web visitors by growing the knowledge & expertise and listen to the local needs
Rolling out a yearly digital maturity assessment
Webinars and trainings
Grow and inspire the Holding Corporate Communications and local web coordinator community with an engagement program that includes learnings, best practices, sharing, etc...
Are involved in lead optimization by setting up a process to follow up on leads (talent attraction & leads in common sections)

For Atlas Copco to be able to grow our Digital Competence, your responsibility will be to:
Contribute to grow the digital competence development in the organization
Enhance the digital competence in the organization in a cost-efficient way by driving the internal Digital communications learning platform Digicom Learning through;
Identifying training needs​
Build content with a high level of quality​
Create a network/community (HR, Group Learning and holding Corp comms.)​
Create awareness through communicating, promoting and celebrating
Facilitate training creation with different stakeholders such as Corporate Communications, Business Areas and the Web platform team as well as communicating and promoting new courses in the organization
Improve the digital know-how of Holding Corp comms & local web coordinators
Setup specific learning KPI’s and analyzing the results

Requirements for the position
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent or 5 years of proven experience
Fluency in written and spoken English whereas additional languages are a plus, with good communication skills
Several years of hands-on experience in digital communications with a good understanding of SEO, web applications and technology as well as user experience and branding
Experience from project management and working on multiple parallel projects
Experience in setting up learning strategies and goals
Advanced user in Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and familiar with Adobe Analytics
Ability to translate technical aspects into understandable requirements

You must be able to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines, demonstrate efficient planning and organization skills.
You must be eager to get things done.
You should be a pragmatic and excellent team player, flexible, enthusiastic, result oriented person that can work independently on some projects.
Ability to build partnerships across other functions and with other teams is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

Location: preferably Belgium or Sweden, although other options can be discussed
