Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for ensuring the quality of our facility management services worldwide, for optimizing our real estate footprint and for providing safe, inspirational and efficient workplaces that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.
Reporting to the Vice President Facility and Real Estate Management, the Corporate Director, Workplace Experience is responsible for setting and implementing the Company Workplace Experience strategy.
The person in this role will work across the company with all key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, Communications, Brand and Information Management, to develop and support the implementation of optimal workplace experience concepts for Tetra Pak worldwide.
What you will do
Developing and Leading a global unit for Workplace Experience & Future Working within the Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) function
Developing and implementing the company workplace strategy for an inspirational employee and visitor experience
Enabling agile and future ways of working
Designing and managing concepts and standards for the workplace and the user experience beyond the workplace concept of today that is founded on the principals of Activity Based Working
Managing workplace design, providing advice and supporting implementation of projects
Tracking and measuring the impact of the strategy on employee engagement, productivity gains and cost avoidance
Driving engagement, communicating the strategy and concepts, inspiring and influencing others
Leading cross functional collaboration to ensure close alignment for Workplace Experience & Future Working with other corporate functions including HR, OHS, IT and Communications/Brand
Fostering cooperation with potential external partners
Maintaining an active awareness and understanding of global workplace trends, innovations and opportunities and collaborate with global external partners
Acting as process driver for workplace management, being the go-to person for all topics concerning Workplace Experience and representing Tetra Pak on this topic

This position will preferably be located in Lund, but other locations could be considered.
Who you are
The person we seek has 10 years experience in leading the design, the development and the implementation of workplace and employee experience strategies. This will include expertise in providing best-in-class insights from a range of industry or consultancy experiences on how to evolve and develop the employee value proposition.
Experience will include active knowledge of workforce, culture and operations assessments and the development of actionable insights and leading organizational change, covering people, processes and technology.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large change management programs and handling interests of multiple internal and external stakeholders across a large, complex international business with multiple sites and facilities.
Agility, strategic thinking and an ability to adapt to changing workplace demands will distinguish the successful person, who will understand from experience what it takes to get things done in a matrix organisation with its inevitable ambiguities.
An innovative thinker, the person we seek will be a role model for the customer-first approach and will champion sustainability and inclusivity. Foremost, the person we are looking for will have the energy and persistence combined with excellent communication, persuasion and project skills, to enthuse others towards achievement of common goals.
The person we seek will have Master's degree in workplace design, architecture or equivalent.
Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in other languages will be an asset.
