About this opportunity
The Corporate & Government Investigations team is responsible for conducting internal investigations of possible violations of the Ericsson Code of Business Ethics and handling government-facing investigations. This position reports to Head of CGI Hub Europe and can be located in different locations in Europe.
You will
Conduct internal investigations on a variety of topics, including allegations of fraud, corruption and regulatory breaches, as well as potential violations of Ericsson’s Code of Business Ethics
Develop scope and investigation strategy to execute best in class investigations
Gather and review evidence and other forensic reviews
Conduct witness interviews
Draft clear, well-written reports summarizing investigation reports
Present investigation findings to senior leaders in meetings like Remediation Committees.
Assist in government-facing investigations, including preserving and collecting relevant data, producing data to authorities, and tracking materials provided
Assist in reporting about investigations to Ericsson’s Monitor and the U.S. Department of Justice
Assist in the development of investigations processes and policies
Coordinate with key functions such as Compliance Office, Internal Audit, Group Security and Group Functions e.g., Finance and People Function.
Interact with key persons in our Business Units and Market Areas
Act with integrity, objectivity and fairness
Manage multiple matters at once in a fast-paced environment
You will bring
10 years’ experience in investigations or related areas
Experience from forensic review and search
Experience from data analytics
Demonstrated superb communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to handle and manage complex matters
Fluency in English
Additional Requirements
Experience working on complex financial investigations, such as anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and accounting fraud
Experience working for a government agency
Experience working with a company under a compliance monitorship
Experience at a multi-national company or working with multi-national clients
Other language skills
