What we are looking for:
We are recruiting a Corporate IT Engineer for Aleris Healthcare Sweden. You will join a growing team of highly skilled engineers on our journey to deliver first class IT tools and solutions to Aleris employees in Sweden.
Among all, Corporate IT focuses on:
• Client device life cycle management
• Improving the life and efficiency for our employees when they use the tools and systems that we provide
• Supporting our outsourcing partners in their delivery
• Support our service desk as an escalation point for the services that Corporate IT owns
We are currently in the early stages of increasing control of our IT delivery and you will play an instrumental part in developing Aleris' IT foundation.
You have a passion for technology and are eager to deepen your knowledge. We believe you have already worked a couple of years within IT and that you’re ready to step up to this challenge.
You have good understanding of IT, its possibilities and limitations. You have a willingness to apply your skills and experience to assist our fantastic medical staff and their critical mission to treat our patients on our many facilities and units throughout Sweden. You are also eager to be part of the very exiting digitalization journey we have started, where we will further strengthen our patient experience using modern technology.
Skills and competencies required:
• Have a customer first-attitude. The Tech organization's sole purpose is to support Aleris' care takers
• Willingness to work in a team towards the same goal
• Experience in managing Office 365 environments and related services
• A strong belief in that creating clear and structured processes and Ways of Working is a requirement to support a large organization's employees with their IT needs
• Experience working within IT
• Fluent in Swedish and English
