The group Strategy and Portfolio Management should steward and govern the Volvo Car Group IT Strategy Framework including the formulation of IT Strategies for the Global Operations of Volvo Car Group influencing the Organisation, External Partners and Related Businesses. We are responsible for aligning the IT Strategy with the Corporate Strategy, Business Function Strategies and Volvo Car Group's Enterprise Architecture to create a containable and reliable short and long-term roadmap on the Business and Operational Development.

As Corporate IT Strategy Manager you manage the IT Strategy Process and the Corporate IT Strategy work as well as the Strategy Governance, and lead the strategic discussions within the company and towards main IT Strategy stakeholders. This role is central in the improvement and development of the IT Strategy Function.

Main responsibilities

* Lead and manage the IT Strategy Process
* Lead the development of the IT Strategy framework and take an active part in developing connections to the Corporate Strategy Framework and yearly Business Plan Processes
* Lead the IT Strategy Governance and develop mechanisms and processes regarding Strategy Governance
* Lead the IT Strategy dialogue with Business interfaces, IT operations Management teams ensuring proper content and direction of our Strategies
* Develop interfaces with IT Strategy Stakeholders
* Be an active part in developing the IT Strategy function within Business Engagement
* Develop and deliver presentations, various models and frameworks with purpose to communicate requirements, needs and messages to both IT and business stakeholders
* Improve the effectiveness, efficiency and quality in our way of working

Required qualifications

* University degree
* Extensive knowledge and experience from Strategic IT Management and IT Strategy on a corporate level, experience should preferably include an international setting and a complex IT environment
* Thorough understanding of the Business context and Business requirements in IT Organisations
* Experienced in leading Strategy processes as well as developing and implementing strategies
* Proficient skills in MS Office
* Fluent in English, spoken and written
