Corporate Legal Counsel

We are looking for a business-oriented Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team in Stockholm.

Your job and key responsibilities
As a Corporate Legal Counsel you will

- actively support the organization in a variety of legal matters
- develop a range of legal agreements with customers, partners and employees
- be instrumental in forming and following up on key business deals
- drive negotiations and manage projects with multiple stakeholders
- produce legal contracts related to software licensing, intellectual property, employment, and professional services
- stay up do date on legal development including but not limited to EU, GDPR, taxation, labor law and contract law
- support the company on corporate matters, financing and M&A projects
- report to the CFO

We look for a successful professional with

- a Master of Laws degree (LL.M)
- minimum five years’ experience from a law firm or corporate legal department
- extensive experience of drafting and negotiating legal agreements
- strong analytical skills
- a passion for business and delivering results
- a drive to take initiatives and capacity to organize work with sometimes limited input and structure
- strong presentation skills who can communicate fluently in English and Swedish
