Corporate Legal Counsel to Epiroc
Epiroc AB is looking for an international business lawyer to the Group Legal team in Stockholm. You will be serving Epiroc’s global organization with legal advice related to the businesses in which the Epiroc Group is operating. The position will be located at Epiroc Group Center in Sickla.

Your team
The Epiroc Group Legal teams currently consists of six lawyers based in Sweden, China, US and Russia together with the Head of Group Compliance and Group Risk & Insurance.

Your mission
In this role you will provide legal advice in a variety of areas in order to allocate risk creating commercially viable solutions. You will manage acquisition projects and outsourcing projects from a legal point of view and coordinate the group of in-house lawyers working with acquisitions and divestments. The role also includes reviewing agreements and facilitating and giving advice on business transactions regarding sales, service, rental, purchase, distribution, software, joint development, IPR, confidentiality, financing, real estate purchase and lease.

Your profile
We see that you have 10-15 years of experience of M&A and general corporate commercial issues from a law firm and in-house legal positions. You have experience from working in an international environment and within different legal areas. As a person you are a solution and business-oriented team player with a practical approach. You are service minded and have a high integrity. Interest in and understanding of technical matters is an advantage. Fluent in English and Swedish.

University degree in law, preferably Swedish.

Location and travel
This position is located in Sickla, Stockholm. Occasional travel is required, therefore availability and interest to travel is required. You will report directly to the SVP General Counsel.
