This is a great opportunity for a driven talent to grow as a lawyer and gain experience in all aspects of working as an in-house counsel for a trailblazing automotive company.
Who you are. You have worked at least 4 years as a lawyer - part or all of that time at a law firm - handling various commercial legal matters and bringing legal problem-solving to businesses. You have excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for getting things right. As a team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset, you are able to provide high-quality legal support across different functions of the organization, with limited supervision and often under time pressure. In this role you will continuously identify improvement areas and drive change. You have strong contract drafting and negotiation skills and have deal experience including matters relating to e.g. M&A, financing, venture, or similar. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written. It´s a bonus if you are interested in – and comfortable with - new technology.
