Corporate Paralegal wanted to Ericsson

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated corporate Paralegal/Junior Legal Counsel to temporarily join the Corporate Governance team in HQ Kista, This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in Swedish corporate law to gain experience from a multinational corporation with business in more than 180 countries.

What you will do
• Be responsible for the administration and governance of Ericsson´s Swedish Group Companies, including involvement in the Annual General Meeting of Ericsson´s publicly listed parent company. This includes the production of relevant documents for Swedish Group Companies in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and registrations with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).
• Provide support to internal stakeholders in corporate governance matters.
• Administration and governance of requirements related to the Market Abuse Regulation.
• Support the Group with requests related to Know Your Customer (KYC) activities.
• Handle Powers of Attorney for company matters concerning the Group companies.
• The work is highly independent and will require interacting with a broad network of contacts and stakeholders within the Ericsson Group.

This role is as a consultant via Adecco, the planned start date is as soon as possible and it will least be of a 12 months period. For the right candidate there are chances of prolongment.

You will bring

• Good knowledge of the formal corporate requirements prescribed in the Swedish Companies Act, including General Meetings of Shareholders
• Good knowledge of the Market Abuse Regulation
• Swedish Master of Laws (juristexamen) or a Bachelor´s degree in a related area
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Swedish and English
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great effectiveness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varied workload
• Ability to multi-task
• Thorough and careful with sense of responsibility and service
