Corporate QA Qualification Manager

Corporate Quality Assurance Group is located in Stockholm and is linked to Octapharma Headquarters in Lachen Switzerland. Corporate QA has the overall responsibility for quality assurance and quality management of Octapharma´s quality systems globally.

Corporate QA Group in Stockholm is searching for a Corporate QA Qualification Manager to manage corporate suppliers/contractors and to be a key person in supplier management representing quality assurance. This is a permanent position located at Hornsberg in Stockholm.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with:


several years of experience of QA and QC related job tasks in the Pharmaceutical industry
an advantage is if you have skills and experience in utilizing quality risk management and performing (re)qualifications of suppliers/contractors (QC-labs and manufacturing) in the Pharmaceutical industry
profound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
experienced lead auditor
excellent in written and verbal communications as well as interpersonal skills
university or college graduation


Responsibilities and tasks

Your main responsibilities and tasks are:


performing (re)qualification of corporate suppliers/contractors including handling supplier/contractor notifications and writing quality agreements and keep a QA-oversight of all suppliers/contractors
performing/supporting audits of corporate suppliers/contractors
supporting corporate supplier sourcing projects and authority questions regarding corporate suppliers/contractors
manage excipient risk assessment process and the "ICH 3D" process
maintain the supplier qualification system
