Exela is now seeking a Corporate Services Manager since our existing one will be on maternity leave. In the role you will be able to work with a wide variation of work tasks. You also have the freedom to influence the content of your everyday job. The main purpose of this role is to administer and support the EMEA corporate functions. Your responsibilities are, but are not limited to, these areas:
1. Management of the full life cycle of Facilities in Sweden, Norway and Denmark
2. Integration and delivery of all vendors supporting the running of the regions facilities
3. Responsible to ensure that sites meet the Health and Safety requirements of the countries in which they are responsible for
4. Support the EMEA Procurement Function
5. Ensure Physical Security is managed in accordance with company practice and support ISO Compliance Activities
6. Line management of Site Facilities teams where available
7. Management of company vehicle fleets in responsible countries
8. Input into ERIS system
The team, Corporate Services is an EMEA wide department managing Procurement, facilities, ISO Compliance, and Innovation Centers. The staff in the team are based across EMEA. You report to Vice President, Corporate Services, EMEA. The job is a temporary job for 18 months for 100 % . The role is placed in Västberga.
What is needed to succeed in the role?
Any experience of Office Management is preferable
Any Knowledge and experience within any of the following is preferable: Health & Safety Legislation, Facility processes, Working knowledge of supply chain management, Computer literacy and/or Security Management
Good knowledge in Swedish and English in speech and writing
Good computer experience and basic knowledge in IT as well as the Office package
Personal characteristics:
You have good skills within communication and client awareness. You work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritize. You are a Self-Starter and like to initiate tasks and projects that needs to be performed. We seek someone who have the ability to train others on systems and processes and have the capacity to interact with European Partners.
