MultiMind Bemanning AB arbetar med personaluthyrning och rekrytering. Bolagets nisch är att förmedla personal med språkkunskaper samt internationell erfarenhet inom områdena kundservice, ekonomi, marknadsföring, HR och IT.
Our client continues to grow, and is now looking for a Coordinator to their CSR-department. In this role you will create and support impactful communications and activations of the corporate citizenship and partnerships operations in line with the Nordic and Global strategy. The aim of the role is to increase awareness, (and hence the value), of their Nordic corporate citizenship efforts and investment both internally and externally. This is a consultancy assignment for at least one year through MultiMind with option for additional extension or a permanent position with our client.

The company is in the forefront of the digital revolution and is a world leader with its innovatively designed products. The position is located in our clients modern Nordic Headquarter in Kista.
The role includes
• Support the development and execution of the activation plan for corporate citizenship across all channels in the Nordics.
• Support the development and execution of the corporate citizenship communication plan, both internally and externally with focus on social media.
• Responsible for analyzing and sharing after action review of activated initiatives to secure constant improvements and learnings in the team.
• Establish strong and fruitful relationships with key stakeholders (partners, agencies, internal teams etc).
Necessary Skills / Attributes
• University degree in Business, Communication or equivalent professional experience
• Proven track-record of digital and social media communication, including content creation such as photo, video and copy (1-3 years)
• Project management experience
• Experience of brand marketing activation an asset
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Strong relationship building and networking skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
