Join us as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager in Stockholm, Sweden!
Purpose of the job:
You will report directly to Transformation Director and play a significant role in managing and driving the sustainability focus throughout the Nordics cluster. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program and external positioning of Alstom.
Main responsibilities
Support identification and quantification of key areas where Alstom Nordics can/should improve in terms of CSR and sustainability.
Drive development of action plans and associated business cases on said key areas.
Drive the CSR agenda and plan in the Nordics to ensure a well-established, reliable and incorporated CSR agenda into the day-to-day business.
Co-ordinate with local CSR champions in each country in the cluster as well as connect with the Europe region CSR network.
Deploy CSR reporting processes for annual reporting in coordination with internal functions (HR, EHS, Innovation, Governance, Eco-design…)
Support Regions and Platforms with marketing, business development activities on topics relating to CSR.
Lead preparation of answers to external and internal stakeholders
Coordinate Human rights protection program
Daily support CSR Initiatives in the Nordics.
Prepare internal and external communication materials f different channels including social media



Competencies & Skills
Demonstrated ability to lead project efficiently with multiple stakeholders in a global environment
Ability to collect, analyse data and prepare powerful synthesis
Autonomy in work organization, structure, rigor, ability to network and influence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as the position will require to manage contacts with various functions and levels in the company
Knowledge of current regulation, sustainability tools and reporting initiatives a plus
Fluent English and one of the Nordic languages
Strong stakeholder and project management
