Are you looking for an opportunity to offer expert capital structure and financing advisory to Swedbank’s large corporate clients to help them meet ambitious targets? As an advisor at Corporate Solutions, you will be instrumental in building client relationships and making Swedbank a trusted advisor to large corporate clients with complex financing needs.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Offer product neutral capital structure and financing advisory to large corporate customers as an advisor at Corporate Solutions, a part of Corporate Banking within Swedbank Corporates & Institutions

- Be a trusted speaking partner both to the bank’s clients and to stakeholders within the bank

- Be an integral part of advisory and deal teams, pitching financing solutions together with client executives and product specialists

- Analyse and pitch complex financing solutions (such as acquisition financing) and shepherd them all the way to a credit decision

- Work in a highly rated team of specialists, characterized by a strong team spirit and a lack of prestige

What is needed in this role:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience from e.g. credit analysis or advisory within banking, credit research, credit rating, corporate finance, advisory within Big 4 or top rated consultancy firms

- Solid knowledge & understanding of financing, capital structure, modelling and accounting

- Solid business acumen and experience from analysing large corporates with complex needs

- A relevant academic degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent

- Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish & English

- SwedSec licenses is meriting
