Corporate Talent Management Trelleborg is looking for a Corporate Talent Management who can develop and deliver the Talent Management Strategy which will align employee talents to the ambitious targets of this Global Business. It is a visible and influential role; the job holder will be expected to make a key contribution to the development of a high performance culture.You will be reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and work close together with all Business Areas HR functions. Your main tasks, in cooperation with the HR function in Trelleborg s Business Areas, will be to: .Continue the implementation and follow-up of the Talent Management process . Support the Business Areas as a result from the Talent Management process . Coordinate Employer Branding activities . Ensure that training and development programs are delivered in an effective way across the Group You will also be responsible for: .Policies and recommendations related to Talent Management . For Group Training and Development Programs We are looking for a high skilled person with three to four years of experience in strategic HR/Talent Management.It is an advantage if you have worked in the consultancy industry or consumer market in an international environment.Your drive is to develop a first class HR global approach and to develop human resource management linked to business objectives. You are a strategic team player with highly developed interpersonal skills and you have the ability to operate efficiently at all levels of the organization.You are an outgoing person with strong communication skills.You have the ability to see things in a larger perspective, you are comfortable in a network that is worldwide and you are great at coordinating and delivering best practice.You have a Master s degree or MBA and your English skills are excellent.
