Corporate Travel Manager

What you'll do here as a Corporate Travel Manager;
In this position you will provide consultative support, resolve business challenges, and conduct data analysis in areas like travel patterns, costs, security risk for employees and company sustainability ambitions. This will be package and provided to the organization for better strategic decision making and when needed for changing behaviors.

You will constantly seek to improve the business travel experience for Axis employees and will network internally and externally in all travel related matters. A key responsibility will be to project lead and drive the ongoing implementation of our travel management program globally.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Consistently communicate and work closely with key suppliers. Maintain and, when applicable, negotiate changes to supplier agreements.
* Stay aware of new legislation and different travel policies to ensure that our travel management comply to new rules and regulations.
* Accurately track and evaluate the value of the travel program.
* Proactively drive internal communication regarding travel policy, travel security and travel insurance.
* Capture and analyze travel data and from that drive continuous improvement. Assess and improve existing tools to support spend visibility, dashboards and reports.
* Keep up to date with new and evolving technology, upgrading systems and processes.
* Being the knowledge expert and sounding board in Axis framework of relocating employees worldwide.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role we believe that you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role where you've built a knowledge base of international travel regulations as well as strong supplier relationship and contract management skills.

You have a customer-centered mindset and are good at building relationships at different levels with the ability to influence key stakeholders. As a person you are a self-starter who is motivated by working in a high-pace international organization where you can provide high-class service to our stakeholders. We believe you are a true team player, but you also thrive working independently, plan and manage your own activities.

We furthermore would love to hear that you have/are:

* University degree
* Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts.
* Experience in project management.
* Experience from managing mobility program and relocating employees worldwide would be an advantage.
* Strong packaging and presentation skills with the ability to analyze and explain pricing models and contract terms.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
* Fluent in English.
