Cost and FP&A Controller

About the role
As a Cost and Financial Planning & Analysis Controller you will work with our Head of Controlling and three other members of the team. We are working closely with the business towards our long-term strategy and financial plan, handling monthly analyses, calculations, forecasts, and budgets. In this role, you will be focused on our new costing model and monitoring our costs as well as handling our forecasts, forecast tool and coordinating our monthly reporting to the leadership team and Board of Directors. It's crucial to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy and challenges. Overall responsibility/tasks
Cost follow up Allocation/Costing model Shared Services/Unit pricing/costing
Cost Governance and development of KPIs related to costs and costing (such as FTEs etc.)
Hands on support to managers of budgeting/forecasting their costs
Close follow up of Group Functions costs, with an extra focus on IT-costs
Proactively working with cost control and solutions supporting process (incl driving development in Qlik)
Coordinating/Driving our Forecast-processes and Budget-process and be responsible for our Forecast/Budget tool, Planacy



Requirements to be able to succeed in the role
You are
Excellent communicator, proficient in both Swedish and English, in both written and spoken form.
Used to handle costing/allocations of costs to services/goods and unit costing
Used to drive budgets/forecasts
Excellent in financial analysis and reporting
Proficient in financial software tools
Experienced in using BI-tools (such as Qlik, Power BI or similar)

You have
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar, Business Controller role
Great excel-skills
Experience of working in a service company (IT-company) and/or a manufacturing company
Relevant understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards
A Master of Business Administration or similar
