Cost Control Engineer to AGN-Haga
We are searching for a new Cost Control Engineer. You will get the possibility to work in one of Europe’s biggest construction company with an exciting infrastructure project.
About AGN Haga
AGN Haga is a Joint Venture owned by Italian Astaldi, Turkish Gülermak and Norwegian NRC Group, based in city center of Gothenburg, Sweden. AGN Haga has been awarded the contract to build Haga station (E04) and Kvarnberget lot (E03) which are two of five main construction projects of the West Link. It is a turnkey project in collaboration with the client Swedish transport administration, Trafikverket.

Your position
Elaboration of the Budget. Forecast (Cost and Revenues) of the project including unit cost breakdown calculation
Elaboration of a Monthly Report Analysis, which shows the monthly economic status of the Project: Production vs Cost. Earned Value calculation.
Analysis of the variances between actual expenditures and budget and suggest the action to be taken in order to ensure that project costs are always reported back against the original approved budget.
Follow up and control of the Subcontractor, Suppliers and Consultants Contracts. Monthly updates.
Collaboration with different department at different level of organization (Technical Office, Procurement, Finance and Contract) for different analysis required.
Cost Forecast of the project including unit cost breakdown calculation, productivity analysis, quantities update, meetings with construction managers to discuss/add any additional work.
Different construction analysis required in addition to the report.

Civil Engineering education
High volume Construction Project Cost and Claim Experience
Fluent level English
MS Office & Autocad
High Communication and multitask skills
Flexibility & understanding of different cultures
