Arbetsuppgifter:

In the role as Cost Control Engineer, you’re responsible for the budget of the projects and the monthly report analysis which shows how the economic status of the project is changing month-by-month. Additionally, follow up and control of contract agreements with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants must be carried out. You will work with different departments at various levels of organization in order to obtain a comprehensive overview of the project costs. There will also be a lot of focus on forecasting the entire cost, including unit price breakdowns calculation, productivity analysis, quantities update and arranging meetings with construction managers concerning any additional work that may be required. Additionally, different construction analyses must be conducted in addition to producing a report.

• Responsible for the budget of the project

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Civil Engineering education
• Experience in construction project cost and claim
• Full professional English required
• Excellent skills in Excel
