We are looking for a Cost Controller/Financial Assistant to our exciting customer Samsung SDS Logistics and their office in Kista. This is a recruitment starting as soon as possible with a six month trial period to start.

About the role:
As a Cost Controller/Financial Assistant you will perform centralized Cost control, business planning & analysis and provide effective support to finance and operations team(s) in order to continuously improve European finance and logisticts operations.
Key Activities:
Logistics Cost Control
You will act as a key person in cost control for Logistics incoming invoices. You will handle all verification tasks on incoming invoices from vendors related to e-commerce ocean shipments.
Data Management & Reporting
Main focus will be checking accuracy of incoming invoices, providing shipment details and find missing info in invoice specifications. You will also be responsible for registering same invoices in Cello, follow up on payment plans (due dates) to avoid late payments to our service providers.
In addition there may be tasks such as tariff master data management, logistics costs booking in our Cello system, and manage exceptional logistics costs
Month end is a busy time as you will need to finalize Logistics Cost Control activities in order to meet the closing deadlines.
Project Management
Part of the role may also include participation in projects. You may be requested to provide logistics data analysis to the Strategy team in order to support management decisions.
Your profile:
For this role we are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills. Our ideal candidate is a decisive and flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality that is used to work in teams. We also see that you are/have:
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Financial Knowledge
• Highly analytical and Advanced user of Excel.
• Problem solving skills
