We are now looking for a Cost Controlling Specialist for an assignment to our customer in Malmö. The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last until the end of the year with a chance to extention. Task assignment:
It is a broad role with different responsibilities such as:
- Operating Plan and running forecasts: Ensure structured bottom up planning process as a basis for discussions in aligning with
targets provided by HQ. Facility plans to achieve targets short and long term with clear communication to HQ and business. Areas
of accountability and consolidation of full legal.
Accountable for allocation keys split and aligning with stakeholders explaining built up and how they affect their areas
- Business reporting and follow up: Preparing financial business information reviewing history, forward looking for the business unit
to address gaps to meet target and optimization possibilities. Provide advice, guidance and support to business leaders, enabling,
challenge and influence in decision-making to achieve optimal performance
Be the counterpart to HQ regarding questions and analysis for both countries. Provide business case input and sign off on the

- Access database: Maintain and develop as needed access database covering yearly planning’s and actuals for all business units.
- Close process incl analysis: Monthly closing activites as preparation of accruals, signing off accruals and post accruals. Perform
analysis before close of period to review quality of data. Perform analysis in impact, disco plus and excel. Preparation to audits
when needed
- Processes: develop processes and controls. Make sure that SLA´s and ICS controls are in place when needed
Who are you?
You have experience from cost/financial control preferable from market oriented companies (whole ord retail), working proactively and independently in a fast paced international environment and also experience from accounting systems and the Microsoft Office-package.
You have at least 2 years of experience in similar tasks and accounting and/or controlling. You also have experience from work proactively and independenlty in a past paced international environment and you are use to working work communication in English and/or Swedisk/Danish both verbal and written.
You have very good knowledge in advanced excel, presentation techniques, Buiness case calculations and SAP R/3.
