Job description
Do you want to be part of a new strong team of skilled Customer Service Representatives at a large well-known company? Then you have come to the right place!
We are looking for young entrepreneurial spirits that will be handling the customer experience at our soon to be Costumer Service Center in Helsinki. You key assignments will be to help our customers by phone, chat, e-mail and Facebook. Since it will be a small but inspired team to start up Komplett Finland, you will also be anticipated to take a wider responsibility to work for making Komplett.fi our vision – the obvious choice. As a Customer Service Representative you will give the customers sales support, guide and advice, find products matching the customers needs, deliver order status, handle cancellations and invoice questions and returns.

The onboard training will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is needed to live in Sweden for the startup period (approx. 1 year), to later open up office in Helsinki, Finland. There will be approximately 20 traveling nights a year and these will include traveling to Norway and Sweden and you report to Country Manager Finland.

Required skills and personality
We are looking for enthusiastic personalities with great interest in delivering excellent service. You enjoy to work in a fast pace environment and has a passion for customer satisfaction.
As a person you are well organized and work in an efficient way. Maybe you have worked with similar tasks before or you have a great personality and attitude that will attract our costumers. You can easily inspire your costumers and is good at collaborating with your colleges. If you are technically interested it is an advantage even though it is not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you have great sense for service and has a strong ambition and drive to fulfill our costumer’s needs. You need to speak and write Finnish, and also speak English or Swedish fluently. It is an advantage if you know all three languages even though it is not required.
