Electrolux IT is responsible for the IT strategy of the Electrolux Group and how this is implemented throughout an extensive range of solutions, systems and applications that are fundamental for all of the Group's operations around the world. Country Controller - Electrolux IT, objectives: The position is responsible for the supervision, accuracy and correctness of all accounting processes and transactions within the site. The Country Controller is in charge of Monthly closing and reporting according to Group policies. Participating in and supporting of the site's Budgeting & Forcating process along with the preparation and distribution of various Financial Reports are other vital parts of responsiblities in this position. . Responsible for Monthly closing and preparation of the financial reports for site in full and in an accurate and timely manner. . Ensure establishment of internal control procedures according to Accounting Manual. . Provide update Balance sheet and Net Asset reports . Ensure compliance with local laws, tax legislation, the Electrolux Accounting Manual, and Electrolux IT policies. . Responsible for company's cash management and currency hedging according to Group procedures. . Prepare monthly commentary and variance reports. . Ensure that budgets and forecasts are prepared realistically and in close liaison with the different parts of the organization. . Provide financial analysis, periodical reports and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making. . Represent Electrolux IT in a professional and competent manner through providing support to other functions within the organization. . Support the billing process and ensure the full cost recovery according to agreement with Business. . Prepare agreements with group units in countries with special taxations and currency control issues. . Responsible for insurance of the company's assets and other obligations. . Ensure optimum utilization of SSC and assume responsibility for the quality of services provide by SSC Reporting to: IT Controlling Head Competencies needed: . University degree in Accounting/Finance (BA degree). . Minimum of 5 years senior accounting work. . Minimum of 3 years experience with applicable accounting standards and local tax issues. . Experience of working with domestic and international tax and VAT issues. . Understanding of financial securities. . Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English. . Ability to communicate at varying levels of the organization. . Good analytical ability. . Strong understanding of financial systems and tools. . Good skills in Microsoft Excel. . Ability to self direct and prioritize work effort. . Ability to work to tight deadlines. . Ability to work regularly with great detail and accuracy. . Ability to respond to and direct change. . Language: English and Swedish is a merit but not a requirement
